- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of self-rising flour with 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Use a spatula or your hands to thoroughly mix until a sticky dough begins to form.
- Lightly flour your work surface and transfer the dough onto it. Knead gently for about 1–2 minutes until the dough is smooth and cohesive.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 6–8 inches long, then form a circle by bringing the ends together, pinching tightly to seal.
- In a small bowl, beat one egg until frothy. Use a pastry brush to generously coat the top of each shaped bagel with the egg wash.
- Once your bagels are brushed with the egg wash, sprinkle your desired toppings generously over the surface.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C). This typically takes about 3–5 minutes.
- Carefully place the bagels in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even browning.
