- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash and dry the pears, then halve them and remove the cores.
- Place the halved pears cut-side up in a baking dish. Dot each half with butter. Bake for approx. 20 minutes, or until golden and fork-tender.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries and honey over medium heat. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes until cranberries burst into a compote.
- Fill each baked pear cavity with goat cheese and spoon the cranberry compote over it. Drizzle with additional honey.
- Garnish with cinnamon or mint before serving. Serve warm.
