Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine pistachio flour, softened butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until crumbly. Press into the springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese in a ming bowl until smooth. Gradually add honey, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Break baklava into small chunks and scatter evenly over the cheesecake filling. Press slightly to meld.
  6. Bake the cheesecake for 40-45 minutes until edges are firm and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
