Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place salmon skin-side down, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and garnish with sliced green onions.
  5. Serve immediately with sides of steamed rice or salad.
