For the Slaw
  • 4 cups Coleslaw Mix Cabbage and carrots
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Or alternatives like lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Just a pinch goes a long way
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Essential for flavor
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Optional
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Optional, sliced thinly

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Stir until the chicken is coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until veggies are coated.
  3. Let the slaw rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to meld flavors.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, add a layer of BBQ chicken and a scoop of coleslaw down the center.
  5. Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Cut the wrapped tortilla diagonally in half and serve.
