Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cold Water
For the Muddled Mixture

For the Topping

Method
 

Cold Brew Preparation
  1. In a large jar, combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Muddling
  1. Muddle 1 cup of fresh blackberries, a handful of sage leaves, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup in a separate container until well combined.
Straining
  1. Strain the cold brew through a coffee filter or fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
Assembling Drinks
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strained cold brew over the muddled mixture.
Frothing Oat Milk
  1. Heat 1 cup of barista oat milk with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in a small saucepan, whisk until frothy.
Topping the Drink
  1. Spoon frothy oat milk over the drinks and garnish with fresh sage leaves and blackberries.
