  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large Eggs Scrambled
  • 1 cup Diced Ham Optional for vegetarian version
For Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mix of cheddar and mozzarella
  • Optional Toppings Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread frozen hash browns evenly on a pizza pan, pressing down to form a crust.
  3. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the crust, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  5. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble.
  6. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until fluffy.
  7. Assemble the pizza by spreading scrambled eggs over the baked crust.
  8. Add crumbled bacon and any optional toppings.
  9. Sprinkle cheese generously over the toppings.
  10. Bake again for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
