  • 4 pieces Croissants or soft rolls
  • 8 slices Creamy Havarti Cheese or mild cheddar/gouda
  • 16 slices Deli Turkey roasted or smoked; ham/chicken as alternatives
  • 4 tsp Apricot Jelly or Jam or any fruit preserve/honey
  • 4 tsp Honey Mustard or regular mustard
  • ½ cup Microgreens or baby spinach/arugula
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp Melted Garlic Butter or oil for vegan version
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning or poppy/sesame seeds
  • Drizzle of Honey optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other half of each croissant.
  4. Layer two slices of Havarti cheese and four slices of deli turkey on the croissant halves.
  5. Sprinkle microgreens over turkey and cheese, then close the croissant sandwiches.
  6. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the brushed croissants and drizzle with honey if desired.
  8. Place croissant sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until cheese melts and croissants are golden-brown.
  9. Serve warm for best experience.
