For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Linguine Alternatives include fettuccine or gluten-free pasta.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rub Cajun seasoning over both sides of chicken breasts. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
  3. Cook linguine in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil or butter, then add heavy cream and simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Slice the chicken and combine with linguine and sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve.
