  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, rub with olive oil and coat with Cajun seasoning, sprinkle with salt, then set aside.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side up and sear for 3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, stirring to blend, then simmer for 2-3 minutes and add lemon juice.
  4. Pour the honey butter sauce over salmon and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, basting frequently until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
