Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic glaze, and minced garlic. Whisk until emulsified.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella. Fold in chopped basil.

  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
  7. Toss before serving and drizzle with additional balsamic glaze if desired.
