Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken lean protein
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning choose homemade for a personal touch
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon can substitute with turkey bacon or omit
For Assembling the Burgers
  • 4 count Burger Buns brioche or whole-grain, gluten-free options available
  • 4 leaves Lettuce or arugula, spinach for variety
  • 1 count Tomatoes fresh
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, or until crispy. Slice tomatoes and wash lettuce leaves while bacon cooks.
  2. Toast the buns in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Cooking the Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar cheese. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Refrigerate shaped patties for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Assembling the Burgers
  1. Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun, add a slice of bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
  2. Top each burger with the other half of the bun and serve warm.
