Preparation
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, or until crispy. Slice tomatoes and wash lettuce leaves while bacon cooks.
- Toast the buns in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Cooking the Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar cheese. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Refrigerate shaped patties for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Assembling the Burgers
- Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun, add a slice of bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
- Top each burger with the other half of the bun and serve warm.
