- Start by tossing the shrimp in a bowl with melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and lemon pepper. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, pour in panko breadcrumbs and season them. Coat each marinated shrimp with panko.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the breaded shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Sauté chopped onion and garlic in the same skillet. Add Pinot Grigio to deglaze and reduce.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and zest. Mix until creamy.
- Combine the drained linguine and cooked shrimp with the sauce, toss to coat.
