Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle kosher salt and black pepper over the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
