Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
  2. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add the chicken patties to the skillet.
  4. Cook patties for about 2.5 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens with a drizzle of olive oil, juice of half a lime, and a pinch of kosher salt. Toss to coat.
  6. Top each patty with avocado and tomato slices and serve immediately on the mixed greens.
