Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rim the glass by running a lemon or orange slice along the rim and dipping it into sugar.
  2. Prepare the garnish by peeling a long strip of orange peel and setting it aside with sliced fruit.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice and pour in ginger simple syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice. Shake for about 15 seconds.
  4. Fill the prepared glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass, filling it three-quarters full. Top with sparkling apple cider.
