Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add cheese tortellini, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour heavy cream and whole milk into the skillet, stirring well. Allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Gradually stir in shredded Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Slice the rested steak and return it to the skillet with the cooked tortellini. Toss gently in the sauce for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
