- Begin by boiling water in a kettle and steep 1/2 cup of chamomile tea for about 5 minutes, then let it cool.
- While the tea cools, peel and cut the large ripe banana into smaller chunks.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana pieces, honey, and milk (or alternative). Blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice.
