Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, basil pesto, mayonnaise, half of the shredded Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes over the chicken mixture, then top with fresh mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  5. Bake for about 20-22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
