Cooking Steps
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sear seasoned steak in a hot skillet for about 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Remove and let rest.
- Prepare sauce in the same skillet by melting butter, adding minced garlic, then mixing in heavy cream and beef broth. Let simmer until thick.
- Blend in remaining paprika and Parmesan. Add bite-sized steak pieces and pasta to the sauce, mixing well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
