Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear seasoned steak in a hot skillet for about 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Remove and let rest.
  3. Prepare sauce in the same skillet by melting butter, adding minced garlic, then mixing in heavy cream and beef broth. Let simmer until thick.
  4. Blend in remaining paprika and Parmesan. Add bite-sized steak pieces and pasta to the sauce, mixing well.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
