Filling
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter rich and creamy
  • 1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix for thickening
  • 2 cups milk any type
Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for sweetness
  • 1 cup heavy cream for whipped topping
Crunchy Layer
  • 1 cup peanut butter crumble mash together peanut butter and powdered sugar

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the crust by placing a store-bought crust in the pie dish or baking a homemade crust at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of smooth peanut butter, 1 cup of instant vanilla pudding mix, and 2 cups of milk for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.
  3. Spread the peanut butter crumble on the bottom of the cooled crust, pour in the filling, and smooth it out. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
  4. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours to set and meld flavors.
  5. Beat 1 cup of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to soft peaks. Spread over the pie, creating swirls before serving.
