Preparation Steps
- Prepare the crust by placing a store-bought crust in the pie dish or baking a homemade crust at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of smooth peanut butter, 1 cup of instant vanilla pudding mix, and 2 cups of milk for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.
- Spread the peanut butter crumble on the bottom of the cooled crust, pour in the filling, and smooth it out. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours to set and meld flavors.
- Beat 1 cup of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to soft peaks. Spread over the pie, creating swirls before serving.
