Equipment

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage for about 6–8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add the chopped onions to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3–4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the pizza sauce, then add cream cheese in cubes, stirring until melted and incorporated, around 2–3 minutes.
  4. Fold in the cheddar cheese until melted and remove skillet from heat.
  5. Cut the green bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place the halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  6. Spoon the filling into each bell pepper half, pressing down gently to pack it well.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and olives.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 20–30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
