Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove seeds if preferred, and brush with olive oil before placing cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Roast the jalapeños for about 12-15 minutes until skins are charred and tender. Allow them to cool before dicing.
- Mix together cream cheese, mustard, chives, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, paprika, black and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the diced roasted jalapeños into the cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir the dip and top with shredded cheese or fresh herbs.
