  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping Consider mixing in extra Parmesan

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare no-boil lasagna noodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then, add shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. Fold in crab meat and seasonings into the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Layer ingredients in a greased baking dish starting with Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp, and crab.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs on top. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 until golden brown.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
