Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna
  • 12 oz Lasagna Noodles Cook according to package directions.
  • 1 lb Crab Meat Substitute with imitation crab if desired.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese Can substitute with cottage cheese.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Alfredo Sauce
For Flavor
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional.
  • 2 sprigs Parsley Finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Topping
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Can substitute with more Parmesan.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and lay flat.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Then add the shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream to form a creamy mixture.
  5. Grease a baking dish and layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the seafood, and 1 cup Alfredo sauce. Repeat the layers and finish with noodles and remaining sauce.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover loosely with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  8. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
