Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and lay flat.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Then add the shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream to form a creamy mixture.
- Grease a baking dish and layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the seafood, and 1 cup Alfredo sauce. Repeat the layers and finish with noodles and remaining sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover loosely with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
