Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, then add cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Return steak to skillet, mix with sauce, and add pasta, coating everything well.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let it rest before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
