Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the fresh pearl mozzarella by draining and patting it dry. Melt slightly in the microwave for 10 seconds until pliable, then mold into bunny shapes and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and boiling for 10-12 minutes. Cool in an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel and halve the eggs. Mix yolks with avocado mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper, then pipe back into the whites and chill.
  3. Slice the brie wheels into an appealing bunny shape for display on a platter. Use scraps for garnishing or surround with other elements.
  4. Arrange bowls of hummus and apricot jam near the brie bunny on a wooden or marble board. Fill in spaces with grapes, strawberries, cucumbers, devilled eggs, snap peas, carrots, and radishes.
  5. Scatter Jordan almonds and pita crackers around the board. Garnish with sage leaves to enhance visual appeal.
