- Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips to ensure even cooking and tenderness. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket; cook the chicken for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- On each whole wheat tortilla, layer a generous amount of fresh spinach leaves followed by the cooked chicken strips. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll the tortillas tightly.
