  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or use one clove of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Try smoked paprika for flavor
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas Gluten-free tortillas are a substitute
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Substitute with Monterey Jack or cheddar
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves Other greens like arugula or kale can be used
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Ranch Dressing Or try salsa or guacamole

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Air fry seasoned chicken strips for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Layer spinach, chicken strips, and mozzarella on tortillas and roll tightly.
  5. Prepare for Air Frying: Lightly spray outside of wraps with olive oil and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
  6. Crisp the Wraps: Air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Let wraps cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.
