Bang Bang Chicken Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, beaten egg, and Sriracha along with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Mix until smooth.
- Submerge chicken tenderloins into the marinade for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate. Lift each tenderloin from marinade, letting excess drip off, and coat in panko.
- Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.,
- Place fried chicken on paper towels to drain excess oil, then toss in Bang Bang Sauce until coated.
