  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese can use Monterey Jack or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled, can use turkey or plant-based bacon

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Scrub the potatoes under running water, cut into wedges, and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F.
  3. Fry potato wedges in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Arrange fried wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon over the wedges.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then add the remaining bacon and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then serve with your favorite dips.
