Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
  1. Soak the shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the seasoned flour by mixing gluten-free flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the shrimp in the seasoned flour, dip back into buttermilk, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F.
  5. Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
