  • 1 lb cheese tortellini can be added frozen

  • 2 cups baby spinach or kale as a substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the interior of the slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Mix marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth in a bowl, then pour over chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW heat for about 4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred it. Return to the slow cooker.
  6. Add cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream, then stir.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Add baby spinach and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Mix in Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, and serve.
