Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally and pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet into milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet and fry the chicken cutlets until golden brown on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a gentle boil.
  8. Reduce heat and stir in heavy whipping cream, simmering until thickened.
  9. Mix in Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and black pepper.
  10. Plate the baked chicken and pour the basil cream sauce over it, garnishing with fresh basil.
