Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Chicken Wraps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
- Warm the tortillas either in a dry pan for 30 seconds or in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Spread a layer of hummus on each warm tortilla.
