Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Chicken Wraps
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  6. Warm the tortillas either in a dry pan for 30 seconds or in the microwave for 20 seconds.
  7. Spread a layer of hummus on each warm tortilla.
  8. Layer the mixed greens, cucumber slices, tomatoes, and onions on top of the hummus.
  9. Slice the chicken breast into strips and add them on top of the vegetables, drizzling lemon juice over the filling.
  10. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and tightly roll from the bottom to enclose the fillings.
