  • 4 pieces pita or flatbreads can use naan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce or spinach
  • 1 small cucumber sliced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, ensuring it's coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 12 hours.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, grated cucumber, more lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped dill or mint until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C). Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Warm pita in a skillet for 1-2 minutes. Fill each with chicken, tzatziki, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and cucumber. Wrap and serve immediately.
