For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets 4-6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for crisp skin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper a pinch
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Butter for rich texture
  • 1.5 teaspoons Minced Garlic for aroma
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice for brightness
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large, heavy skillet, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Generously sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the 4 salmon fillets.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned salmon fillets into the hot skillet, skin side up. Cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
  4. Using a spatula, gently flip the salmon fillets and reduce the heat. Cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until opaque.
  5. Remove the salmon and set aside. In the same skillet, add 3 tablespoons of butter and melt completely. Stir in 1.5 teaspoons of minced garlic.
  6. Pour in 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
