- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Roll the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a floured surface, cut it in half, and spread the filling on one half.
- Cover with the other pastry half, seal edges, cut into 6 long strips, and twist.
- Whisk an egg with water and brush over tops of each swirled pastry.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 25 minutes until golden.
