- In a small bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, olive oil, and vinegar. Add frothy yeast mixture and stir to form a shaggy dough.

- Bake assembled pizzas for about 8-10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegars. Top with arugula and pepper.
- Slice and serve warm, optionally with salad or wine.
