Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by brewing your coffee or espresso using your preferred method. Allow the coffee to cool completely.
  2. Prepare your raspberry puree by blending fresh raspberries until smooth and straining if desired.
  3. In a tall glass, add two tablespoons of raspberry puree to the bottom and tilt the glass to coat the sides.
  4. Drizzle in two tablespoons of vanilla syrup, allowing it to settle on top of the raspberry puree.
  5. Fill the glass generously with ice, leaving room for milk and coffee.
  6. Pour in your milk of choice slowly over the ice, then stir gently to combine.
  7. Pour the chilled coffee or espresso over the back of a spoon to create layered colors.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.
