  1. Gather all your ingredients: frozen pineapple chunks, frozen strawberries, a small banana, unsweetened almond or coconut milk, and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Place the frozen pineapple chunks and strawberries into the blender. Add the banana if using and the almond or coconut milk.
  3. Blend the mixture on high for about 30 to 60 seconds until creamy and smooth. Stop midway to check the consistency.
  4. Add the vanilla protein powder to the mixture and blend again for another 15 to 30 seconds until incorporated.
