- Gather all your ingredients: frozen pineapple chunks, frozen strawberries, a small banana, unsweetened almond or coconut milk, and vanilla protein powder.
- Place the frozen pineapple chunks and strawberries into the blender. Add the banana if using and the almond or coconut milk.
