Method
 

Instructions

  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture by combining softened cream cheese, orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the cooled melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and mix evenly until combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour until firm enough to shape.
  5. Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Add optional garnish by dipping truffles in melted chocolate or rolling in orange sanding sugar.
  7. Final Chill: Refrigerate the decorated truffles for 30 minutes before serving.
