  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup or cream of chicken
  • 1 cup Milk any type or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or fresh sautéed onions
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn or canned/fresh corn
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
For Serving
  • 1 serving Fresh Garden Salad for a crisp counterpart
  • 1 loaf Garlic Bread buttery addition
  • 1 cup Creamy Coleslaw for a tangy side

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine browned beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly.
  5. Layer the drained corn on top, followed by shredded cheese.
  6. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
