  2. Marinate the Shrimp: Combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt; let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the Oil: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Sauté Aromatics: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Cook the Shrimp: Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
