Method
 

Assembly Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes, then drain and chill under cold water.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter, then add shrimp and cook until pink, adding lemon juice and parsley.
  4. Make cheese sauce by creating a roux with butter and flour, then adding warm milk and cheese.
  5. Assemble layers in the baking dish, starting with cheese sauce, followed by noodles, shrimp, ricotta, and more sauce.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
