- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- With your hands, divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully place the patties onto the hot grill or skillet, cooking each for 4-5 minutes per side.
- While the patties are cooking, heat a separate skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy.
- In the same skillet with bacon fat, add chopped kimchi and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in the crispy bacon into the kimchi mixture and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toast your burger buns lightly and assemble the burgers with chicken patties and kimchi bacon jam.
- Serve warm on a platter with your favorite side dishes.
