Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. With your hands, divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the patties onto the hot grill or skillet, cooking each for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. While the patties are cooking, heat a separate skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy.
  6. In the same skillet with bacon fat, add chopped kimchi and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Fold in the crispy bacon into the kimchi mixture and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
