- Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh dill in a bowl. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
