Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh dill in a bowl. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Sprinkle in oregano, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  4. Divide cooked rice or quinoa among bowls. Top with ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  5. Stir tzatziki and spoon over each bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh herbs. Serve with lemon wedges.
