Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare corn salsa by mixing corn, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Let sit at room temperature.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper for the creamy garlic sauce.
  5. In serving bowls, add corn salsa, top with grilled shrimp, and add avocado.
  6. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
