  3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly onto each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the BBQ sauce on each flatbread.
  5. Distribute diced grilled chicken evenly over the cheese, followed by chopped bell peppers.
  6. Place baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake flatbreads for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions, slice, and serve.
