- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of chai spice until well combined.
- Add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of your chosen milk, and 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute.
- Divide the creamy mixture into three airtight containers or mason jars.
- Refrigerate the jars for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, remove the jars from the fridge and give the oats a quick stir. Top with optional additions like nut butter, granola, and fresh fruit.
